This policy covers booyahbeats.com, embeds, newsletter signup, and related pages (including Nelli M and bundle sections).

- Newsletter: email, language, signup/confirmation/unsubscribe status (double opt-in)
- Contact (if used): name, email, message
- Technical: IP, browser/device, server logs
- We do not sell personal data.

Newsletter / email:
TBD — not live yet. Provider name, EU storage location, and AVV/DPA will be stated here before the newsletter goes live (e.g. Brevo or another provider). Signup will use double opt-in (DOI). Until then, the form on this site is a stub and does not submit personal data to a newsletter processor.
- Embeds: YouTube / Apple Music / Spotify etc. load only when you use them; their policies apply
- Amazon Affiliate: clicking Amazon links may set cookies on Amazon’s site; Amazon processes data under its notice; we may receive a commission (no extra cost to you)

At go-live: no analytics tool is active on this site. If that changes, we will name the tool here and obtain consent where required.
External media (YouTube etc.) may set cookies when loaded.
6. AI persona
Nelli M is an AI-created persona (name/appearance fictional). That does not change who the controller is (the LLP above).
7. Retention
Newsletter: while subscribed + as needed to prove consent / honor opt-out. Logs: short security retention. Then delete/anonymize.
8. Rights
GDPR rights where applicable; PIPEDA/PIPA in Canada. Contact hello@booyahbeats.com. Complaint: EU supervisory authority or OPC/BC OIPC.
9. Children
Content is intended for a general adult audience.

Updated version published here with effective date.
